Connect Lyzard OPS with GetYourGuide

Lyzard OPS is a reservation system connected to GetYourGuide. If you manage your bookings with Lyzard OPS, you can sell your experiences on GetYourGuide and keep availability, prices and bookings in sync automatically. This guide shows how to find your Product IDs and map your products.

1 Find and copy your Product IDs in Lyzard OPS

Sign in to your Lyzard OPS back office at app.lyzardops.com.
Open Conexiones OTA (OTA Connections) in the side menu.
In the GetYourGuide card, click «Ver mis Product IDs de GetYourGuide» (Show my GetYourGuide Product IDs).
You will see your Supplier ID and a table with every experience and option, each with its Product ID. Use the Copiar (Copy) button to copy the Product ID of the product you want to connect.

Product IDs look like 3f1c…__a214… (an experience id, then its option id). Each option of an experience has its own Product ID.

2 Connect your products on GetYourGuide

Open your GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account.
Follow GetYourGuide's guide Connecting a new product to your Reservation system.
Select «Lyzard OPS» from the list of systems.
Paste the Product ID you copied from Lyzard OPS for the corresponding product, and confirm.
Repeat for each experience/option you want to sell on GetYourGuide.

Good to know

Prices & categories (Adult, Child, Youth, Senior…) and availability are read directly from Lyzard OPS — you don't re-enter them on GetYourGuide.
Bookings made on GetYourGuide appear automatically in your Lyzard OPS reservations.
If a product doesn't show up, make sure the experience is active in Lyzard OPS.

Lyzard OPS és un sistema de reserves connectat amb GetYourGuide. Si gestiones les teves reserves amb Lyzard OPS, pots vendre les teves experiències a GetYourGuide amb disponibilitat, preus i reserves sincronitzats automàticament.

1 Troba i copia els teus Product IDs a Lyzard OPS

Entra al teu panell de Lyzard OPS a app.lyzardops.com.
Obre Connexions OTA al menú lateral.
A la targeta de GetYourGuide, prem «Veure els meus Product IDs de GetYourGuide».
Veuràs el teu Supplier ID i una taula amb cada experiència i opció, cadascuna amb el seu Product ID. Utilitza el botó Copiar del producte que vulguis connectar.

2 Connecta els teus productes a GetYourGuide

Entra al teu compte de GetYourGuide Supplier Administration.
Segueix la guia de GetYourGuide per connectar un producte nou al teu sistema de reserves.
Tria «Lyzard OPS» a la llista de sistemes.
Enganxa el Product ID que has copiat a Lyzard OPS per a aquest producte i confirma. Repeteix per a cada experiència/opció.
